Epic Cardiovascular is seeking a staff perfusionist to join us in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This position requires a dependable, highly motivated candidate with excellent communication and clinical skills who can advise and participate in decisions as a team player. The work is fast-paced, demanding, and above-all, extremely rewarding. This individual will join a team of 2 total perfusionists performing around 150 cardiac procedures (including TAVR’s). This perfusion team supports 1 (with back-up) extremely talented surgeons with a phenomenal work culture and excellent work/life balance!

Candidates should also possess the following:

Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment.

Must possess good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Must be able to practice evidence-based medicine; also to advise and participate in clinical decisions with a team approach.

Experience with blood management is preferred.

Must be willing to relocate to Cape Girardeau, Missouri or the immediate surrounding area.

Missouri perfusion license will be required (company paid).

Estimated Compensation Range

$145,000-$180,000+ per year based on skills, experience and possible bonus opportunities

***Candidate must have graduated from an accredited American school and be American Board certified (CCP) or board eligible.
